The Canutillo ISD Athletic Program is an essential part of complete and well-rounded education. It is our mission to ensure and enhance the quality of life for our students by providing competitive activities. Sports programs help students develop physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually. CISD athletic programs are competitive and diversified, allowing students the opportunity to realize their full potential relative to growth and development. All programs are designed not only to teach athletic skills, but also to instill good character and teach sound values.
Athletic Physicals
Alderete Athletic Physical Forms must be filled out electronically online.
To fill out the Electronic Forms:
- Go to www.rankonesport.com
- Click on the tab at the top right of the page that says “For Parents”
- Click on “Fill out Electronic Forms”
- Select “TX” on the drop down menu
- Click on “Canutillo ISD”
- Click on “Start online forms”

The forms that need to be completed online on Rank One are:
1. Emergency Information Form
2. Release of Liability and Parental Consent
3. UIL Forms Signature Page.
The only forms that must be printed out are:
1. The UIL Pre-Participation Physical Examination.*

Once all the forms are filled out, and you have done your physical with your doctor, upload the front and the back on Rank One. The only one that needs to be turned in to the Athletic Coordinator/ Trainer is the Asthma page.
*These are available online to print or you can come pick it up in the front office.

UIL
University Interscholastic League
The University Interscholastic League was created by The University of Texas at Austin to provide leadership and guidance to public school debate and athletic teachers. Since 1910 the UIL has grown into the largest inter-school organization of its kind in the world. The UIL continues to operate as part of the University of Texas, under the auspices of the Vice President for Diversity & Community Engagement.
The UIL exists to provide educational extracurricular academic, athletic, and music contests. The initials UIL have come to represent quality educational competition administered by school people on an equitable basis.
